The problem

Ghostwriters and founders already plan LinkedIn content in Notion. Getting it out of Notion meant copying each post into LinkedIn by hand, chasing clients for approval over email and keeping a separate calendar of what goes out when. With several client accounts, that admin eats the time meant for writing.

What we built

  • Notion to LinkedIn sync. Connect a Notion workspace and LinkedIn accounts in a few clicks; posts are written and organised in Notion using templates.
  • Scheduling. Pick posting times, or let the scheduler suggest them, and posts publish automatically.
  • Multi-client management. One ghostwriter can manage many client accounts, each with its own permissions.
  • Client approvals. Clients approve content and see the real-time status of each post without logging into Notion.
  • Content calendar and analytics. A visual calendar for planning and engagement tracking after posts go live.

Why the integrations were the hard part

Most of the risk in a product like Schedullr sits outside your own code: Notion's API decides how content can be read and mapped, and LinkedIn's API decides what can be published, by whom and how often. The path that matters most, Notion page to scheduled LinkedIn post, has to be reliable before roles, approvals and calendars are worth anything.

From MVP to ongoing engineering

Schedullr started as an MVP build and continued as ongoing SaaS engineering with the same team. That is the path our SaaS development retainer is designed for: no re-onboarding, no handover between agencies. Products with third-party APIs at their core are where a senior MVP team pays off most.

Building on top of other platforms' APIs?
